One half of earned commissions is payable at the time of slab construction. The remaining half is payable at
the time of closing.
BROKER OFFICE BONUS
For each broker office that sells 10 units a bonus of $50,000 will be paid to the Broker Office to be shared on
a prorata sales revenue basis with those agents who sold Waterside On Lake Crescent units 100% payable at time of closing
